~ BAKED OATS ~
Todays ; Baked oats With Fig, pommegranate, nuts and yogurt.

Grain: 1 oz gluten-free oats
Protein: 1 egg (1/2) 0,5 oz flaxseeds and nuts (1/4) 2 oz yogurt (1/4)
Fruit: 4 oz pear and banana( mixed with the oats) 2 oz fig and pomegranate for topping
Salt, cinnamon, vanilla powder.
Bake at 200.C for approx 20 min.
