Last nights Dinner:
QUICHE with chickpeas, broccoli and kale and tomato salad.

Protein: 1 egg( 1/2) 3 oz chickpeas (1/2)
Fat: 1 oz grated Parmesan
Veggies: 4 oz boroccoli, 2 oz kale, 2 oz lettuce and spinach, 4 oz cherry tomatoes.

Mix egg, Parmesan, boroccoli, chickpeas and half of the tomatoes and bake at 180C for approx 25 min.
