Some of my absolute favourites gathered on today’s breakfast plate.
Pomegranate is one of the fruits that contains the most antixodants, while fig contains high amount of minerals and works anti-inflammatory. Raspberry’s gives a lot of vitamin C, which I’m always in need of during this time of the year.
Together with oats and hazelnuts they make a perfect start to hectic day✨

Protein: 4 oz oat milk (1/2) 1 oz hazelnuts, flaxseed and coconut (1/2)
Fruit: 6 oz pomegranate, raspberry’s and fig.
