Home made flatbread: 1 portion ( gives 2 pcs)
1 egg white (1/3 protein) 1 oz gluten-free oats, salt, pepper 1 tbls flaxseeds.
Protein: 1,3 oz smoked salmon (1/3) 0,6 oz cream cheese (1/3)
6 oz veggies and fruit
Dill, lemon, horseradish
