Protein: 2 egg
Grain: 4 oz quinoa ( pre-cooked)
Veggies: 2 oz tomato, spinach
Fruit: 4 oz orange
Oregano, chopped jalapeños, salt, pepper, parsley

Mix all ingredients, cook for 20 min.
